Our cooling solutions include air cooling, liquid cooling, and two-phase cooling. Liquid cooling mainly includes friction welding liquid cooling plates, brazed liquid cooling plates, buried tube liquid cooling plates, and direct chip liquid cooling. Air cooling mainly includes skived fin heat sinks, heat pipe heat sinks, zipper fin heat sinks, bonded fin heat sinks, extruded heat sinks, die casting heat sinks, cold forging heat sinks, LED heat sinks, and more.

Our heat sink factory mainly integrates r&d, mold design and manufacturing, metal precision stamping, painting and baking paint production, metal surface treatment, inspection and testing, etc.With advanced CNC machine, reflow welding, CMM, Friction stir welding equipment, CNC skived fin heat sink machine, stamping equipment, continuous stamping, single stamping, fast wire, medium wire, slow wire, lathes, mills…It provides guarantee for the production and manufacture of stamping die and products.
The factory has strong technical force, perfect management system and all-around production system and quality system.The factory mainly has management department, stamping department, lathe department, polishing department, processing department, quality control department and other departments。
