he fully soldered all-copper fin heatsink represents the top-tier configuration of air cooling. It delivers the lowest thermal resistance and maximum cooling performance, accompanied by the highest cost and weight.
Standard heat flow path:
Heat source (CPU/GPU/IGBT) → Copper base plate → Sintered heat pipes → T2 pure copper fin array → Forced air cooling (server fans, high-static-pressure axial fans).
The base, heat pipes and fins are all made of T2 / C1100 pure copper with thermal conductivity λ=400W/(m·K). All joints are integrated by soldering instead of mechanical clamping, eliminating air gaps and contact thermal resistance entirely.
